Former Agreement

We have the pleasure for registering you with Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant, Nadiad/VVNagar on paying fees for providing you with education consultancy on following Terms and Conditions.

Terms and conditions

That you have agreed to pay the tuition fees and/or the initial deposit to the University/Institute and/or charges applicable for admission of student visa, which are non refundable under any circumstances.

That Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant, Nadiad/VVNagar only provide with Education counseling and therefore is not responsible for any of your past/present/future acts.

That Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant, Nadiad/VVNagar only provides with Education counseling and has no responsibility what so ever for obtaining your, visas, jobs residence, citizenship, work permits during and after your course of education.

That it has been mutually agreed and discussed regarding the courses, tuition fees, university/institute, boarding and lodging expenses, location of university, country’s working conditions etc and you have also given your consent that you shall not change the University/Institute at least before completion of one academic year.

That it has been further clarified to you and you have accepted that Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant act only as Counselors and is no way responsible for the following causes mentioned hereunder:

• In event of cancellation of program by the University/Institute at the last minute.
• For the refund of tuition fees or excess payments.
• Accommodation expenses
• Internship jobs during and after studies.
• For any actions of the university
• For change in the Country’s policy
• For change in the University policy/rules/fees etc
• For loss of pass port or any other documents of yours’

That Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant act only as Counselor and would be not responsible or liable for any act of yours or any consequence.

That you have affirmed that all the documents to be submitted to the university/Institute and to the concern High commission are genuine and are procured from the source directly, which are further substantiated by getting the same notarized by authorized notary. That it is clarified that Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant only act as Counselors are no way involved directly/indirectly for procuring or submission of any documents.

That you agree that certificates, mark sheets produces by you are awarded by the respective Board/College/University as well as the financial details of banks are also issued by authorized representative of bank. That the documents furnished are notarized and in no way Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant which only act as Counselors or Their agent or person is responsible for production of any tampered or incorrect or fraudulent document.

That you undertake that you shall be solely responsible for production of any tampered or incorrect or fraudulent documents and be answerable to any query arising thereof. That in case if found that any of the documents are tampered or fraudulent or managed or incorrect then you shall be solely responsible for the consequences arising thereof and Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant shall exhaust all available legal remedies not limited to criminal proceeding for your unwarranted act at your own costs as the same are necessitated due to your acts.

That Shreeji Overseas Education and Immigration Consultant are only Counselors and therefore are and/or be no way responsible or liable for any dispute arising between you and university/institute or the country where applied.

That it has been mutually agreed that the rights of the respective parties here to shall be governed by Indian Laws.

In case of any dispute Nadiad/VVNagar would be the legal jurisdiction and will be considered as the place, where the cause of action shall be deemed to have arisen.
